Shipping & Returns


Shipping
Depending on the value and weight of the order determines the postage methods
available. Most items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class
Recorded/International Signed For delivery.


Delivery time - usually within 2-3 working days (UK), 5-14 days (International).
Please allow adequate time for delivery. Recorded delivery is NOT a guaranteed
service and can sometimes take longer than stated. If your parts are urgent
please use Special Delivery or Courier instead.


Lost in transit items will be replaced or refunded if out of stock. This maybe
subject to an investigation we can take up to 28 days in extreme cases.
Obviously we do wish to have matters of this nature dealt with as promptly as
possible.


Returns / Faulty Goods

DOA (Dead on arrival) or DIT (Damaged in transit) items should be notified to us

A 7 days RTB warranty is offered on all second hand products, Faulty items
should be notified to us by email and wait for a RMA number to be issued before
returning. Once an RMA number is received, items should be returned at the
customers cost to:

Please note we do not supply parts on a 'trial' basis. Please be certain of the
parts you need before ordering. Please call us if you are unsure what you want.
A restocking charge of 20% may apply on items that are found to be working or
returned for incompatibility.


False Claims
All our goods are marked to prevent fraudulent returns. If a item has returned
which was not the original item of sale, then this will result in a police
investigation.


Opening Hours
Our hours of business are Monday to Saturday 10am till 6pm. We are closed
on all public holidays.
